About the project
Sustainability is an indispensable pillar in the construction world. Reducing CO2 emissions by, among other things, making real estate more sustainable and greening urban environments to combat heat stress, are a few crucial elements in our current projects. In addition to our intrinsic motivation to design and construct buildings more and more sustainably, we are also increasingly challenged by legislation and regulations. Sustainability is possible and we no longer want to ignore it. Integrating nature into our projects not only contributes to the well-being of residents, but also motivates us to leave a place better than we found it.

At Heembouw, we all find working on new things fun and inspiring. We do not have a separate R&D department, but a structure of innovation coaches, who are part of the teams that carry out the daily business.
