About the project
Every year, Brand Manager at Don Papa Netherlands, Henk Hetzel, searches for the best chefs and bartenders to participate in the premium catering competition: Chefs & Shakers. Young talent at the top of gastronomy compete in duos to create the ultimate Don Papa Rum perfect serve: a Filipino-inspired cocktail in combination with local streetfood. Don Papa Rum rewards the winning duo with an exclusive trip to the Philippines, where the winners will be immersed and surprised by the Philippine food and drink culture.
